To Prevent Tunneling
Do not trim the wick before your first burn
Allow the melt pool to reach the walls of the vessel (approx. 2-4 hours)
Keep away from drafts, vents, or fans
Center and straighten the wick after blowing out your candle
For a Clean Burn
Trim the wick to ¼" before each subsequent burn
Keep the wax pool free of matches, wick trimmings, and other debris
Use a lid to prevent dust when not in use
